Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager for the Starlink/XAI program to lead planning, scheduling, and material flow. You will partner with engineering, production, and quality to optimize BOMs, inventory targets, and risk mitigation across multiple sites in Texas.

This role requires hands-on MRP expertise and cross-functional leadership to maintain on-time delivery and high quality. Ideal candidates bring strong ERP, SQL, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills, plus experience with Lean

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 7+ years in engineering, purchasing, or production planning.
• Master production scheduling or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BOM accuracy in MRP systems for production readiness.
• Establish inventory targets, review line of balances, and align demand signals.
• Mitigate risk and ensure on-time, quality supply.
• Educate teams on proper use of MRP to benefit the business.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality to reduce obsolescence.
