Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace seeks a Commodity Manager - Direct to lead sourcing strategy and execution for direct material categories, including enterprise-wide RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract development. The role drives cross-site spend consolidation to maximize supplier leverage and establish long-term agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive sourcing and purchasing experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support category strategy development and lead sourcing events, for direct materials.
• Manage supplier communications including performance reviews, pricing negotiations, and coordination with site teams on multi-site or critical escalations.
• Maintain direct supplier lists and track adherence to preferred or directed suppliers.
• Monitor supply market changes impacting material availability, cost, and risk.
• Support Pursuit wide escalations involving quality, delivery, or production continuity.
