Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Global Commodity Manager – PCB to lead global sourcing, supplier strategy, cost management, and supply-chain development for bare PCBs supporting Build-to-Print (BTP) across multiple sites. You will establish a global supplier base, drive dual sourcing, and manage cost, quality, and lead-time improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep PCB materials knowledge, supplier capability assessment, and the ability to travel up to 50% for supplier visits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in commodity management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical and cost modeling skills with ability to perform TCO and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global PCB commodity strategy aligned with NEOTech’s objectives.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and supplier negotiations, ensuring favorable terms.
• Manage dual sourcing, supplier diversification, and risk mitigation.
• Drive supplier performance through KPIs, audits, and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to optimize cost and supply.
