Job summary

Moog is seeking an Electronic Manufacturing Technician for the Phoenix area. This onsite 3rd shift role focuses on assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic assemblies in a fast-paced environment.

The technician will perform PCB assembly, ICT, and board-level testing, interpreting schematics and maintaining quality records while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. A high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in electronics manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, testing, or related technical environment.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and manufacturing software systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products, subassemblies, and PCBAs following work instructions and BOMs.
• Perform component installation, hand soldering, rework, and mechanical assembly tasks.
• Conduct board-level functional testing, ICT, and other electrical verification processes.
• Troubleshoot board-level defects using schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• Document failures and communicate findings to engineering and production teams.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S principles.
