Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and manufacturing software systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products, subassemblies, and PCBAs following instructions and BOMs.
• Perform component installation, hand soldering, rework, and mechanical assembly tasks.
• Handle components following ESD requirements and verify material accuracy before assembly.
• Conduct board-level functional testing and ICT, interpret results and identify failures.
• Troubleshoot defects using schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• Document failures and communicate findings to engineering and production teams.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions; verify actions by retesting.
