Innovative Integrated Health, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Supervisor to lead the PCA team delivering ADL/IADL services within the PACE program.

You will supervise, train, and evaluate PCAs, ensuring high-quality, compliant care for frail or elderly participants in home and center settings. Applicants should have at least one year of experience with seniors and three years of supervisory experience, CPR certification, and an associate degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
• CPR certification.
• Associate degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise PCAs delivering ADL/IADL services.
• Manage PCA schedules, training, and evaluations.
• Visit participant homes to evaluate PCA performance.
• Collaborate with the IDT to plan care for PACE participants.
• Maintain communication with families and coordinate coverage.
• Support CMS guidelines compliance and quality improvement.
• Participate in care planning and IDT meetings.
• Promote confidentiality and professional conduct.
