Qualifications

• CNA certification and ADL support knowledge required.
• Experience overseeing daily workflows and staff coaching.
• Strong communication with IDT, nursing, families, and participants.
• Ability to make routine operational decisions and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily PCA assignments to ensure participant coverage.
• Serve as first point of escalation for PCA questions and issues.
• Maintain PCA logs and regulatory documentation on time.
• Oversee incontinence supply delivery and center inventory.
• Conduct team huddles, one-on-ones, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate ongoing competency evaluations and care plan updates.
