Base Pay Range

$23.25/hr - $23.25/hr

Part-Time Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Base Rate: $20-21.25 + $2/HR Night + $2/HR Weekend Shift Differentials

• Full-Time Opportunities available with a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for evenings or nights!

As a Personal Care Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

PCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
