Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care San Antonio is hiring a part-time LVN with a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus.

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising nursing staff to deliver care, coordinating care delivery within scope of practice, and ensuring resident needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing, including dementia care, preferred.
  • License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license required.
Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted); full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation.
