Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking compassionate LNA/HHA/PCA caregivers to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire. Roles include Full Time Days and Evenings 3p-11p, and Part Time Days 7a-3p with Evenings 3p-11p. The main duty is to deliver warm, resident-centered care in a home-like environment.

We train the right candidate without certification and prefer prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living, especially with dementia. A supportive benefits program is available upon employment.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Training provided for new hires.
• Experience with dementia is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care and reporting changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.
• Other duties as needed.

Full Time Days Evenings 3p-11p

Part Time Days 7a-3p Evenings 3p-11p

PCA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. No certification? No problem! We will train the right person.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
