Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Arbors of Bedford invites compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) to join our caring team in Bedford, New Hampshire. You will provide daily resident care in a warm, home-like setting, delivering dignity and support with empathy.

Full-time shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Compensation ranges from $20 to $21.25 per hour plus benefits. Prior CNA/HHA/LNA licensure preferred, with dementia experience valued.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health/behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive quality care.

The Arbors of Bedford are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

$20-21.25/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
