Job summary

The Arbors of Bedford, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to deliver care in a warm, home-like environment. Full-time positions available on 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts with pay $20 to $21.25 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, reporting health changes, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and ensuring exceptional care. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
