Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist with activities of daily living and monitor health changes.

Documentation of care and collaboration with staff are essential, along with providing emotional support through meaningful activities. Prior experience in skilled nursing is preferred but not required; dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
