Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. In this role you will deliver hands-on resident care in a warm, home-like environment and support daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.

The full-time position runs 7am–3pm with every other weekend. Wage ranges from $20.50 to $21.75 per hour, with eligibility for benefits including health, vision, dental, paid training, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
• Experience with dementia care desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document care and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full time 7am-3pm, every other weekend

$20.50/hr - $21.75/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
