Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at the Villages at White River Junction is looking for compassionate PCAs & Experienced Caregivers to join our team as Licensed Nursing Assistants. This full-time daytime shift is 7a-3p and focuses on delivering care in a warm, home-like environment.

As a community associate, you will assist residents with daily living, document care, support meaningful activities, and engage with families.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA/Experienced Caregivers welcome
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
