Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at the Villages at White River Junction is looking for compassionate PCAs and experienced caregivers to join our team. We have Full Time & Part Time Evening shifts: 3p-11p and 11p-7a, and we welcome both licensed CNAs and non-licensed caregivers who have experience in senior care.

Join our caring team to support residents with daily living tasks, monitor health, and provide emotional support. Training is provided, and a range of benefits is available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA/Experienced Caregivers welcome.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in residents' health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.
• Other duties as needed.

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA/Experienced Caregivers welcome
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
