Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at the Villages at White River Junction is looking for compassionate LNA/CNA and experienced caregivers to join our team on full-time days (7a-3p).

As an LNA, you will deliver care in a warm, home-like environment, assist residents with daily living activities, document changes, and support meaningful engagement. Prior dementia care experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA/Experienced Caregivers welcome
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

Full Time Days 7a-3p

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
