Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living at the Villages at White River Junction is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) to join our team in a full-time daytime role. You will deliver resident care in a warm, home-like setting and assist with daily activities, with a focus on meaningful engagement.

Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred, and dementia care experience is desirable. Comprehensive benefits and referral programs accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/LNA license preferred; PCA/Experienced Caregivers welcome.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure resident satisfaction.

Benchmark Senior Living at the Villages at White River Junction is looking for compassionate LNA/ PCAs & Experienced Caregivers to join our team!

Full Time Days 7a-3p

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA/Experienced Caregivers welcome
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
