Job summary

Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a licensed CNA/LNA to join the General Medical PCU on the DAY shift (three 12‑hour shifts, 6:00am–6:30pm). Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in state of practice required for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living to promote comfort and mobility.
• Collect vital signs, intake/output, and other delegated measurements per unit policy.
• Document patient data accurately and communicate status to the care team.
• Assist with procedures and use equipment under supervision of licensed staff.
• Maintain patient records and ensure chart forms are filed and accessible.
