Job summary

Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa is seeking a licensed CNA/LNA to join the Neuro PCU, providing routine patient care and data collection. You will support daily living activities, assist with procedures, and help maintain patient records in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role offers a DAY shift (three 12-hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends/holidays, a self-scheduling tool, and a sign-on bonus of $3,000.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Current CNA/LNA certification in state of practice required.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; basic medical terminology and computer literacy expected.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
Document vital signs and input/output per unit policy.
Report changes in patient status to licensed staff promptly.
Perform routine procedures delegated by licensed professionals using appropriate equipment.
Support front desk tasks and maintain smooth department communication.
Maintain complete patient records and assist with charting and orders.
Monitor supplies and assist with unit turnover as needed.
Transport patients as required and participate in OR turnover when assigned.
