Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services provides in-home caregiving support under the supervision of the Home Care Manager. The Personal Care Aide follows care plans and completes daily tasks using EVV or electronic timesheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, with ability to read and write.
• Minimum 6 months of validated caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication, ability to follow instructions, attention to safety, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Following clients' care plans and completing daily tasks via EVV or electronic timesheets.

• Only assisting with self-administration of medications; never administering directly.
• Reporting suspected abuse, neglect, or safety concerns immediately.
