You will follow individualized care plans, assist with bathing, grooming, ambulation, and diet needs, and document care using EVV or timesheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ability to read/write required.
• At least 6 months of validated caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, ambulation, and feeding, including special diet needs.
• Use equipment like walkers and wheelchairs safely and effectively.

• Encourage client independence and respect confidentiality and privacy.
• Notify management of changes in client condition or safety concerns.
• Assist with secondary tasks like laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping as needed.
• Provide support for medication self-administration, without direct administration.
• Report any abuse, neglect, or unsafe environments immediately.
