Job summary

First Neighbor Bank is seeking a PC Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support across the organization in Toledo, Illinois. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, support Microsoft 365 apps, and help deploy devices and security controls.

Some travel to bank locations is required to assist with onboarding, asset management, and branch projects. We value teamwork, service, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of desktop support, help desk, or similar experience preferred.
• Experience with banking or regulated environments beneficial but not required.
• Certifications in IT are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, docking stations, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and account tasks.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and AD administration.
• Document incidents in the IT ticketing system and escalate as needed.
