Job summary

• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, imaging, and basic networking.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as SCCM, Intune, Autopilot or similar.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to ~40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Device Imaging — Configure and image Windows 11 devices using company-approved tools (SCCM, MECM Autopilot).
• Hardware Deployment — Stage, deploy, and validate new laptops/desktops for end users.
• Software Deployment — Deploy required applications using enterprise tools and validate successful installation.
• User Data Migration — Assist with data backup, transfer, and profile setup.
• On-site Support — Provide desk-side assistance during refresh events, including peripheral setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Asset Tracking — Update asset records, tag devices, and ensure accurate inventory documentation.
• Device Retirement — Wipe, decommission, and prepare old hardware for disposal or recycling.
• Customer Service — Communicate clearly with end users, schedule appointments, and ensure a positive refresh experience.

The PC Refresh Technician supports the enterprise PC refresh program by preparing, imaging, deploying, configuring, and validating end-user devices.
