Mbi Llc is seeking an IT Support Technician in Middletown Township, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include unboxing and preparing desktops, deploying Windows 11 OS, and managing asset records in ServiceNow. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, good communication, and time management skills.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a strict no-overtime policy. A background check is mandatory. Business casual attire is required.
