ManpowerGroup, through its Experis brand, is seeking a PC Replacement Technician in Denver, onsite five days per week with local travel. You will support endpoint replacement, imaging, software installs, and data migration, ensuring accurate asset tracking from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, documentation discipline, and the technical confidence to troubleshoot hardware and desktop/SaaS issues, including Windows 11 and Office 365, with exposure to ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support via calls, chats, tickets, and dispatches.
• Support post-deployment needs including user training and knowledge articles.

Our client, IT services organization is seeking a PC Replacement Technician to join their team.

As a PC Replacement Technician, you will be part of the IT Support team supporting endpoint replacement and deployment activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a detail-oriented approach to documentation, and the technical confidence to troubleshoot hardware and desktop/SaaS software issues, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:PC Replacement Technician

Location:Denver, Colorado (onsite 5 days/week + local travel)

Pay Range:$20-25/hour, based on experience

What's the Job?

• Replace desktop and laptop computers with accessories, including imaging, software installation, and user data migration.
• Configure and deploy endpoints, ensuring asset tracking is accurate from start to finish.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and desktop/SaaS software issues to restore service quickly.
• Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support through calls, chats, service tickets, and dispatched requests.
• Support post-deployment needs, including ad-hoc training and knowledge-based documentation updates.

What's Needed?

• Strong customer service disposition with solid knowledge of multiple PC and tablet platforms.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• ServiceNow experience and familiarity with ITIL process handling incident, change, and problem management.
• Ability to work in an operational environment with interaction across infrastructure, applications, service management, senior management, and agency/business representatives.
• Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) clearance must be obtained within 30 days of the start date.
