ManpowerGroup, through its Experis brand, is seeking a PC Replacement Technician in Denver, onsite five days per week with local travel. You will support endpoint replacement, imaging, software installs, and data migration, ensuring accurate asset tracking from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service, documentation discipline, and the technical confidence to troubleshoot hardware and desktop/SaaS issues, including Windows 11 and Office 365, with exposure to ServiceNow
Competenze
- Experience providing workstation-level IT support.
- Strong documentation and ticketing discipline.
- Clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
Mansioni
- Replace desktop and laptop hardware with imaging, software install, and data migration.
- Configure and deploy endpoints with accurate asset tracking from start to finish.
- Troubleshoot hardware and desktop/SaaS software issues to restore service quickly.
- Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support via calls, chats, tickets, and dispatches.
- Support post-deployment needs including user training and knowledge articles.
