Job summary

Emanate Health is seeking a Telephone Switchboard Operator to receive calls, relay messages, and provide information to callers and visitors across campuses. The role uses overhead paging, two-way radios, and other communications equipment to ensure clear and timely communication.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong grammar and spelling, excellent customer service, and preferably bilingual Spanish speakers. Travel between campuses may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. No specific diploma/degree required but must have acquired knowledge/skills to use correct grammar and spelling. Computer experience preferred.
• Previous switchboard experience and clerical experience desirable. Excellent customer service skills required. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
