Emanate Health in West Covina, CA is seeking a dedicated switchboard operator to manage incoming calls, relay messages, and assist callers and visitors with accurate information.

You will operate paging and radios, relay urgent alerts such as fire alarms and emergencies, and handle clerical tasks with strong grammar and customer service. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; travel between campuses is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No specific diploma/degree required but must have acquired knowledge/skills to use correct grammar and spelling.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Previous switchboard experience and clerical experience desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Minimum License Requirement: Must be able to travel between campuses.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $23.00 - $34.50
