Hyatt, owner of Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, invites you to join a 30-year iconic brand that values well-being. As a Part Time PBX Operator, you will answer incoming calls for the resort, maintain a welcoming phone demeanor, and help guests with information about services and local attractions.

This role supports a high-volume environment, requires strong typing, English fluency, and the ability to juggle multiple applications.

Qualificações

• 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Flexible schedule availability required, including early morning and late evening on occasion.
• Computer experience required - Excel experience and data entry highly recommended.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be a detailed, self-starter with good organizational skills.
• Must have ability to manage several applications as well as high call volume.

This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The PBX Telephone Operator must work well handling a high volume of calls. The PBX Telephone Operator should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel.
