Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa, is seeking a Part Time PBX Operator. You will answer incoming calls, maintain a professional phone presence, and assist guests with information while handling a high call volume.

Candidate should have good typing, customer service experience, and be fluent in English. Training and benefits are provided as part of Hyatt’s employee program.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience required
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and evenings
• Computer experience required; Excel and data entry recommended
• Must read, write and speak English
• Detail-oriented self-starter with good organizational skills
• Ability to manage several applications and high call volume

This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort andmust have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The PBX Telephone Operatormustwork wellhandling a high volume of calls. The PBX Telephone Operator should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred but not required


• Customer service experience required


• Flexible schedule availability required, including early morning and late evening on occasion


• Computer experience required – Excel experience and data entry highly recommended


• Must be able to read, write and speak English.


• Must be a detailed, self-starter with good organizational skills


• Must have ability to manage several applications as well as high call volume
