Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Part Time PBX Operator at Miraval Austin Resort and Spa. The role involves answering incoming calls, maintaining a professional demeanor, and assisting guests with hotel information.

Strong typing skills and a friendly attitude are essential. Ideal candidates have 1 year of related experience or training, customer service background, and flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Flexible schedule availability required, including early morning and late evening on occasion.
• Computer experience required – Excel experience and data entry highly recommended.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be a detailed, self-starter with good organizational skills.
• Must have ability to manage several applications as well as high call volume.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls to the resort and must have good typing skills and a pleasant attitude.
• PBX Operator must work well handling a high volume of calls.
• The PBX Operator should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel.

This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort andmust have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The PBX Telephone Operatormustwork wellhandling a high volume of calls. The PBX Telephone Operator should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel.
