Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a PBX Operator to deliver attentive guest service over the phone during check-in and check-out while maximizing room revenue.

You’ll maintain the PBX console, distribute requests to departments, and stay knowledgeable about rates, packages, and promotions. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected. Our benefits include career growth, health coverage, and education support.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aPBX Operator.In this role, you will be responsiblefor providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests over the telephone; during check-in and at check-out, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

As part of our team,you’llembody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.You’ll support associates by ensuring smooth communication flow and helping teams respond quickly to guest needs.

Position starting as early as September.

Pay Rate - $14 - $16/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest requests are distributed to the proper departments.
• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Obtain all necessary information when taking room, cabana, and bungalow reservations and follow the rate-quoting scenario.
• Be aware of all rates, packages, and promotions at the resort.
• Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and ensure that all standards are met, if applicable.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Computer experience required.
• Positive, guest-oriented attitude.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality or related experience helpful.
• Expectations to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
