Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Full Time Valet Driver. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests, provide an attentive and efficient first impression, and park vehicles for the day or overnight with care.

As part of our leadership-driven team, you’ll support guest transportation, help with loading and unloading luggage, and assist guests with local information and directions, all while upholding our Lead with Love promise that values guests and associates alike.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple types of transportation vehicles, automatic and manual.
• Valid driver’s license and accepted by Kalahari Resort insurance.
• Hotel, resort or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with the tagging, storing, and retrieving of luggage.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and greet arriving and departing guests.
• Respond to guest questions and answer information on local attractions, events and daily activities in the hotel.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Valet Driver – Full Time

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Full Time Valet Driver. In this role, you are responsible for welcoming guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner and provides them with a positive first impression while parking their vehicle for the day or overnight. You are also responsible for providing assistance in and out of the resort as needed and assisting with transportation needs.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll provide a seamless and courteous arrival and departure process, ensuring guests feel welcomed and their vehicles are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities
