Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Waterpark Common Area Supervisor for 3rd shift. You’ll ensure the waterpark common areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready while leading a team of associates to uphold our standards of hospitality.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aWaterpark Common Area Supervisor for 3 rd shift. In thispositionyou willbe responsible for ensuring that the overall cleaning of the waterpark common area spaces are maintained to set standards of cleanliness and are ready in a timely manner for guest usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all guest requests, problems, complaints, comment cards, letters and/or phone calls, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Motivate, coach, teach, train, counsel and discipline associates according to Kalahari SOP’s.
• Make independent decisions while maintaining strong ethical standards consistent with company policy, rules and the ability to maintain confidential information
