Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a guest services professional to handle telephone inquiries and assist guests with information on hotel facilities and services. The role requires a friendly, efficient approach and the ability to document messages accurately.

The position is full-time with a flexible second shift, including holidays and weekends. Benefits include free lunch, gym membership, and travel program discounts for employees and their families.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of experience with a multi-line phone system preferred.

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
• Respond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations.
• Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling.
• Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc.
