Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort is seeking friendly, guest-focused individuals to join our front desk and guest services team in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Respond to inquiries, provide information on hotel facilities, and handle messages and emergencies with professionalism. This full-time, year-round role offers a stable schedule with shifts that include holidays and weekends.

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
• Respond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations.
• Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling.
• Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc.

This is a full-time, year-round position at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort.
