Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort is seeking a guest services associate to handle inquiries and requests by phone, deliver accurate information on hotel facilities and services, and manage communications during emergencies. The role requires precise message handling and professional grammar.

A full-time position with a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, is offered with benefits such as lunch, gym access, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year experience with a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
• Respond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations.
• Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling.
• Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc.
