Job summary

LucyRx Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee client implementations for PBM services, ensuring a seamless onboarding and successful benefit plan setups across stakeholders.

You will lead kickoff meetings, translate client requirements into system needs, coordinate across IT, Operations, and Compliance, and guide testing and post-go-live handoffs to operations and account management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
3–5 years in PBM, healthcare, or benefit administration with ≥2 years in client implementation or project management.
Strong understanding of PBM operations including benefit design, formulary management, claims processing, and eligibility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.
PMP certification or equivalent PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for new client implementations.
Lead kickoff meetings and set expectations for timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Translate client requirements into internal systems and configurations.
Coordinate across IT, Clinical, Operations, Compliance, and Account Management teams.
Coordinate eligibility, accumulator and claim file integration and testing.
Provide regular status updates and documentation to clients and leadership.
Assist in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
