LucyRx in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and foster strong client relationships. You will serve as the primary liaison between LucyRx and assigned clients, coordinating PBM services and ensuring timely issue resolution.

You will work with clients to understand needs, support renewals, and provide consultative guidance on plan design and cost-saving opportunities, while collaborating with internal teams to maintain service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2 years of Client Service/Account Management experience, preferably in Pharmacy Benefits Management.
• Knowledge of PBM programs is a plus.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth PBM service delivery.
• Coordinate issue resolution by assessing, prioritizing, and addressing client concerns with management updates.
• Assist with strategic account planning and client engagement with the account management team.
• Provide consultative services on pharmacy benefits, plan design, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Assist client services with new business implementation and ongoing service delivery.
