Job summary

EmpiRx Health, a leading PBM, is seeking an Implementation Support Analyst to provide administrative and operational support for pharmacy benefit implementations. You will capture design requirements, maintain data in the Plan Intent Tool, and manage materials and inputs to ensure timely, accurate delivery for client implementations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, meticulous data handling, and proactive follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2–3 years of pharmacy benefits, healthcare operations, benefit configuration, or implementation support experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in project management techniques and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Capture benefit design requirements and document client-specific plan details for implementation.
• Enter and maintain benefit design information in the Plan Intent Tool, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Manage implementation activities for product upsells to existing clients, tracking inputs and coordinating follow-ups.
• Review implementation inputs for completeness and alignment with process requirements.
• Complete requirements for member materials and ensure information is accurate and aligned with client needs.
• Support internal stakeholders by organizing information, tracking open items, and providing status updates.
