Job summary

Elevance Health seeks a PBM Business Change Manager to drive multi-project change initiatives across the PBM domain. You will partner with business, product, and IT teams to design processes, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and validate changes through end-to-end UAT and production validation.

The role requires a BA/BS plus 5+ years in process or project work, with strong stakeholder management and familiarity with JIRA/Smartsheet for test execution and reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and 5+ years of process or project experience or equivalent background.
• Strong PBM/pharmacy domain knowledge including Benefits, Claims Adjudication, Members/Eligibility, UM, Networks, Products.
• Experience leading end-to-end UAT, strategy, test planning, and production validation.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues, scope, and drive business change initiatives.
• Lead efforts to adopt best practices and engage stakeholders.
• Define processes and systems supporting business needs.
• Translate requirements into UAT scenarios, tests, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, IT, and Operations.
