Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a PBM Business Change Manager to lead enterprise-scale change initiatives. The role blends in-office collaboration 1–2 days weekly with flexible remote work, and supports CarelonRx initiatives within the Elevance Health family.

Responsibilities include identifying issues, leading UAT efforts, designing processes, and coordinating with IT, Product, and operations to ensure successful production implementations. Strong PBM knowledge and budget experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
• Leads efforts to identify best practices.
• Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
• Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
• Designs methods for integrating function and process.
• Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
• Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
