- Strong PBM/Pharmacy domain knowledge.
- UAT leadership and production validation.
- Experience with JIRA/Smartsheet.
Responsibilities
- Identifies issues, scope, and project charge.
- Leads efforts to identify best practices.
- Plans resources and stakeholders.
- Performs cost/benefit analyses and gains buy‑in.
