Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and 5+ years of process or project experience.
• Experience in PBM/pharmacy domain, benefits, claims adjudication, networks, and products.
• Strong UAT planning, execution, and sign-off experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies issues, scope, and project charge to support business goals.
• Leads pursuit of best practices and change management strategies.
• Maps impacted parties, partners, and resources required.
• Designs processes/systems to meet business needs and integration needs.
• Develops UAT strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborates with Product and IT to drive production readiness.
