Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a PBM-focused Change Manager to drive business transformation within the PBM portfolio. The role emphasizes coordinating with Product, IT, and Operations to implement programs and ensure successful adoption of changes across the enterprise.

The position requires a BA/BS and at least five years of process or project experience, with strong UAT leadership and experience in pharmacy domain areas to deliver value and manage cross-functional impacts.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience.
Experience leading end-to-end UAT, including UAT strategy, test planning, test case development, execution, regression, defect management, business sign-off, and production validation.
Strong PBM/pharmacy domain knowledge and stakeholder collaboration across Business, IT, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Identifies potential issues, project scope, and charges to support business goals.
Leads efforts to identify best practices and ensures alignment across teams.
Designs processes and systems that support business needs and successful change adoption.
Manages end-to-end UAT activities, including test planning, execution, and sign-off with stakeholders.
