Job summary

Elevance Health seeks a PBM Business Change Manager to lead complex change programs across PBM processes and systems. The role requires driving end-to-end UAT, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful production validation of pharmacy claim configurations and benefit rules.

The candidate will partner with Product, IT, and Operations to implement best practices, manage scope, and deliver measurable business impact within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience or an equivalent background.
• Experience leading end-to-end UAT, including strategy, planning, test cases, execution, regression, defect management, sign-off and production validation.
• Hands-on experience with pharmacy claim submission and validation, interpreting benefit configurations and validating outcomes against business rules.

Responsibilities

• Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
• Leads efforts to identify best practices and aligns stakeholders across functions.
• Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required for change projects.
• Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs and flows.
• Designs methods for integrating function and process and conducts cost/benefit analyses.
