Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a PBM Business Change Manager to drive and implement diverse projects that support enterprise goals. The role combines in-office collaboration 1–2 days per week with flexible remote work, and emphasizes cross-functional stakeholder engagement and agile testing leadership.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end UAT, coordinating with Product and IT, and applying GenAI tools to streamline testing. Requires 5+ years in process or project roles and a BA/BS.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum 5 years of process or project related experience, or equivalent background.
• Strong PBM/Pharmacy domain experience and end-to-end UAT leadership are preferred.
• Experience translating requirements into UAT scenarios, test cases and acceptance criteria for web-based apps and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Identifies issues, project scope, and supports identification of best practices.
• Leads efforts to identify impacted parties, partners, and resources.
• Designs processes and systems to support business needs and change integration.
• Conducts cost/benefit analyses and builds stakeholder buy-in for changes.
• Oversees onshore/offshore testing resources and status reporting.
• Partners with Business, Product, IT, Operations and SMEs; communicates risk and readiness to leadership.
