Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a PBM Business Change Manager to drive projects and programs that support business unit and enterprise goals. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 1-2 days per week to foster collaboration while maintaining flexibility for productivity.

Candidates will have a BA/BS and at least 5 years of process or project experience; strong PBM/Pharmacy domain knowledge; and proven UAT leadership. Experience with JIRA/Smartsheet and GenAI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field with 5+ years of process or project experience.
• Strong PBM/pharmacy domain knowledge and UAT leadership.
• Experience with test planning, case development, and production validation.
• Ability to translate requirements into UAT scenarios for web/API solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues, define project scope, and drive change initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end UAT activities including strategy, planning, and execution.
• Coordinate with Business, Product, IT and SMEs for risk and status reporting.
• Manage onshore/offshore testing resources and multi-workstream delivery.
• Design processes and systems to support business needs and benefits realization.
