• Background in child care, teaching, social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills required for diverse situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support related to Positive Behavior Incentive System.
• Track behavioral data and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Implement crisis stabilization procedures and maintain student confidentiality.
